Mrs. Kaminski grew up watching her parents design and build homes in Waco, TX. She has been providing home staging, renovation design and consultation since 2005 in Texas, Georgia, Florida and Colorado.  Several of her multifamily renovations have received awards from the cities in which they are located.  Mrs. Kaminski has flipped numerous properties during the last fifteen years and assisted many homeowners and investors, too. Over the years she has witnessed may homeowners and investors spend money and time on a project that would not increase the overall selling value of the property. This is a particular area that she continued to find her expertise helpful due to her vast knowledge in the industry.
